1. 中華民國虛擬通貨商業同業公會（籌備會）在 4 月 26 日舉行發起人暨第一次籌備會議。
2. 會議中，36 位發起人投票選出 11 位籌備會委員，名單如下（依投票序號排序）：

* 蕭滙宗 Winston / 鏈科股份有限公司
* 劉世偉 Alex / 現代財富科技有限公司
* 鄭光泰 Titan / 幣託科技股份有限公司
* 彭云嫻 Zoe / 禾亞數位科技股份有限公司

* 蘇建穎 / 跨鏈科技股份有限公司

5. 籌備會預計在 5 月 9 日發出會員徵求公告。<br>
6. 籌備會預計在 5 月 17 日舉行第二次籌備會議。<br>
7. 籌備會目標預計於 6 月中下旬完成籌備階段並舉行第一次會員大會，並選出第一屆理監事。<br>
8. 發起人名冊並不直接代表會員名冊。所有符合會員資格之業者，都可以在會員徵求公告後申請入會。
