# 臺灣虛擬資產平台及交易業務事業公會籌備小組（Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider Preparatory Office）

### *公會籌備小組係業者自發性成立，以利推動公會成立進程。中華民國虛擬通貨商業同業公會（虛擬通貨公會，又稱 VASP 公會）已於 2024 年 6 月 13 日正式成立，籌備小組與公會成立前之籌備會，任務皆已圓滿告終。*

### *虛擬通貨公會之相關事宜，於 2024 年 6 月 13 日後，皆以 twvasp.org.tw 官方網站為主。*

## 原則共識

成立臺灣虛擬通貨業者公會旨在促進國內虛擬通貨產業發展，共創良好且健康之產業環境，廣納合格之會員，以利產業持續擴大與蓬勃發展。無論是籌備階段，還是未來公會正式成立，都將並秉持著不惡意排他、不濫權利己的原則。

現階段，籌備小組將扮演重要之溝通與協調角色，秉持著中立、透明、公開、公正的原則，協助國內虛擬通貨業者成立具有公信力的公會，與政府、監管單位、產業以及各方利益相關者持續協商合作，創造共榮多贏之發展環境。
